Sri Venkateswara Brahmotsavam

Friday 2nd May 2025 – Sunday 4th May 2025

Sri Venkateswara Brahmotsavam is an annual event organized by the HTCC to honor Lord Venkateswara. The term “Brahmotsavam” combines two Sanskrit words – “Brahma” (representing grandeur) and “utsavam” (meaning festival), with Brahma believed to have initiated the first celebration.
During this event, Lord Venkateswara is ceremoniously paraded on various vahanas (vehicles) each day, Including
1. The Gaja (Elephant),
2. Garuda (Eagle),
3. Sesha (Snake),
4. SuryaPrabha (Sun),
5. ChandraPrabha (Moon).
Additionally, there will be a Rathotsavam (chariot procession), a rare occurrence in the USA and Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva(Unjal Seva with 1000 lamps)
Devotees are warmly invited to join Sri Venkateswara Brahmotsavam to partake in the festivities and relish the delectable food offerings.
