Registration Now Open for Chinmaya Bala Vihar® 2025–26

We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for another enriching year of Chinmaya Bala Vihar® and its associated programs, proudly offered by Chinmaya Mission Kansas City, a KCdesi Prime Partner.

This annual program runs from August to May, offering children and families a unique opportunity to grow spiritually, culturally, and intellectually – all in a warm, values-based environment.

What is Bala Vihar?

More than just a Sunday class, Bala Vihar is a nurturing space where children (ages 2 to 18) learn foundational values and culture through engaging, age-appropriate activities – all while parents participate in adult study groups and satsangs.

Children build character, leadership, and confidence while staying connected to Indian traditions and spiritual wisdom. The program is designed to foster a sense of community, identity, and purpose in every child.

Programs Offered:

• Shishu Vihar (ages 2–4)
• Bala Vihar (ages 4–18)
• Adult Study Groups for parents and spiritual seekers
• Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu Language Classes (optional and complementary)

Engaging Weekly Activities Include:

Stories, games, quizzes, crafts, bhajans and slokas, skits and dances, festivals, Bhagavad Gita chanting, family yoga, meditation, service projects, youth camps, and more.
