We are pleased to announce our kid’s yoga event. Surya Yoga offers kid’s yoga to help kid’s learn yoga and bring it into their lives to help focus in school, help control their thoughts, and help calm their mind. Our next kid’s yoga class is on Monday, January 20th, while the kid’s have the day off from school. RSVP required before hand, please sign up at this link.
